+ RETURN POLICY (DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS ONLY)
Ready-made items can be send it back to us for a refund or credit within 7 days of the date your package was delivered. See below for details.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and sent back in its original packaging. All returns must be authorized by KRISTY LIN.
Ready Made: Necklaces, earrings, charms, objects and beauty tools are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Made to Order: Necklaces, earrings, charms, objects and beauty tools are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Rings and bracelets are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Special orders, custom jewelry, and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Buyer must pay for return shipping.
We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount minus relevant fees to the original form of payment.

+ CANCELLING AN ORDER PRIOR TO SHIPPING
If you need to cancel an order you must contact us (email, form submission, Instagram DM) within 12 hours of when you place your order. After 12 hours the order is subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
+ HOW ABOUT REPAIRS OR RING RE-SIZING?
If you are sending an item back to be resized or repaired please contact us here.
+ INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All international sales are final.
We are not able to accept international returns at this time due to specific US import regulations. Please note we are also not able to issue any refunds on the original duties & taxes paid by the receiver on behalf of your order. These fees are remitted to the destination country at the time of order placement.
